"While on a cross-country trip on my '05 Vegas, my clutch cable snapped just as I was passing through SLC. When I called Tri-City, Max immediately came and picked me up and hauled me back to the shop. Within three hours, they had my clutch cable replaced, my back tire replaced, my oil and spark plugs changed, AND they gave her a bath that erased any trace of the days of snow and rain I had been riding in. If I had to break down anywhere during my 9,000 mile trip, I am so grateful that it was within range of Tri-City. The sales staff is awesome (thanks again for the fresh coffee), and the service is unbeatable. My only regret is that I don't live closer so I could continue to go back there for all of my Victory needs. "

We have bought snowmobiles for about the last 5-6 years from Tri City. (Centerville) The only time they ever see the dealership again is when we trade them for new ones. At first Max didn't want to sell us sleds because we lived "too Far" away, like 550 miles, but we have had a super relationship and plan on continuing it. When the inevitable comes up and we need a part or two, we have them in two or three days. Don't forget Paula, she's super also.

"I just got our families second Victory. Tommy George and the staff at the Springville location were wonderful. They are always helpful and willing to bend over backwards to do anything to make the experience pleasant and easy. I was able to get the Victory Kingpin I wanted, to my specifications, all from another state! I received photos via e-mail and regular phone calls on the progress. When I arrived on a Saturday to pick it up the paper work was ready for me to sign and I was down the road on my new Victory in no time. "Bought a used bike from Centerville store, the bike I wanted was in Springville, so Mike offered to me that he could have it shipped down so I didn't have to drive to Springville. The customer service was incredible, Mike was in constant contact with me to let me know when the bike would be there, and also set me up with all the gear I would need. "I have been up and down the Salt Lake Vally to have my polaris atv's and sleds serviced. I finally have found the last place they will ever get serviced at (Tri-City Performance). From the first time I walked into the service office I was greeted and told indepth about the service that I was getting. When derick had found what needed to be repaired he called and let me know what every part was and how much it was going to cost to repair it. I have never had that great of service in the 15 years that I have rode polaris. I just wanted to thank you for earning my business.

"I'm sure everyone has had one of those experiences, you just got off work and your loading up for some riding when you find that nail in one of your tires. Ran down to the dealership as fast as I could while I waited for some friends. I was surprised when the technician came out to my trailer and helped me unload my predator, I rode it in and he had the tire off in no time, with a real sense of urgency that has seemed to dissappear in customer service. He reccomended an internal patching process which I didn't even know about and he took off. Then helped me re-load my predator, cargo straps and all!! The Service Department was EXTREMELY helpfull in making it a fun and safe riding day! Many thanks to you guys!!"

"Just over a year ago, I purchased my KICK ASS Kingpin (can I say that?) I guess I just did! It's the best bike I have ever owned. Tommy & Crew at the Springville store have been great to deal with. With Tri-City, I feel like part of the family. I am always welcomed with a smile, and can get an answer to any question I have right away. I can even "hang-out" at the store for a while and feel right at home. The only thing missing is the Lay-z-boy and the big screen!
Everywhere I go, I get somebody asking me about my bike. I have become so versed in touting Victory's, that I feel like I should be selling them! hmmmm....
I love the fact that I get so much attention on my bike. If I had a Brand-H, Y, K, or H, or even S, I don't think I would get the same reaction. It's like I belong to an exclusive club, and you gotta know the official sign (2 fingers in a V for Victory).
I feel like I know a secret, and I have to grin every time someone says, "Dude, what kind of bike is that, It's cool!"
All I can say is; once you know, you can never go back! Ride for all your worth, Ride a Victory.
And you can print that. "
